By using The Integrity Talks, you agree that you have read, understood, and complied with the following terms and conditions of use by The Integrity Talks, the Netherlands. The following covers both the terms and conditions of the website. There is no difference between both.
Paid media collaborations
The Integrity Talks has a reach of ± 50,000 per month, including many C-suite decision makers. This provides the opportunity for paid media collaborations, including promotion, profiling, banners, or other featured content, such as articles, audio, and video—inquiries via editors@theintegritytalks.com.

Intellectual property
The Integrity Talks includes materials protected by intellectual property laws, including without limitation written text, logos, photos, videos, audio, art, designs, and graphics.
View The Integrity Talks’ content for noncommercial purposes only. Reproduction or unauthorized use of The Integrity Talks’ materials constitutes infringement.
Visitor comments and posts
If you submit, comment, or post any materials to The Integrity Talks, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 18 years old; (2) you are the owner of or have permission to share such materials; (3) you grant The Integrity Talks a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide non-exclusive license to use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and publicly perform those materials, in whole or part, and any manner or medium, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial purposes and advertising; (4) you grant The Integrity Talks a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide non-exclusive license, and release to use your name and likeness in connection with such materials for any purposes, including commercial purposes, and advertising. The Integrity Talks does not claim any ownership rights in your materials.
You are responsible for the materials you post and for liability that may result from them. In other words, you participate, comment, and post material on this website at your own risk. Communication on The Integrity Talks must be respectful. You may not communicate or submit content or materials that are abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, knowingly false, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of any law or the rights of others.
The Integrity Talks may delete or modify, in whole or part, any post, comment, or submission to The Integrity Talks. The Integrity Talks is not obligated to monitor posts, comments, or material submitted by third parties. The Integrity Talks neither endorses nor makes representations of the truthfulness or validity of third-party posts, comments, or materials on The Integrity Talks. The Integrity Talks shall not be responsible or liable for loss or damage caused by third-party posts, comments, or materials on The Integrity Talks.
Visitor behavior
You are forbidden from the following: (1) causing damage to The Integrity Talks; (2) Using The Integrity Talks for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity; (3) Using The Integrity Talks to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, keystroke logger, or other malicious software; (4) Using The Integrity Talks to transmit, send, or deliver unsolicited communications, or for other marketing, or advertising purposes; (5) Systematically or automatically collecting data from The Integrity Talks; (6) Sharing private and proprietary information from online courses with anyone else.
The Integrity Talks may, without notice, refuse access to its website, in whole or part, to anyone who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
Liability
The Integrity Talks provides information only and does not provide any financial, legal, medical, or psychological services or advice. None of the content on The Integrity Talks prevents, cures, or treats mental or medical conditions. You are responsible for your financial, legal, physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. The Integrity Talks disclaims liability for your reliance on opinions or advice contained in The Integrity Talks. The Integrity Talks is not intended to be a substitute for advice that can be provided by professionals. The Integrity Talks cannot and does not guarantee that you will achieve results or earnings from using The Integrity Talks, and you understand that results and earnings differ for each individual.

The Integrity Talks is not responsible for, or liable for any content on, or actions taken by such third-party companies or websites. The information, products, and services offered on, or through The Integrity Talks are provided “as is” and without warranties, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, The Integrity Talks disclaims all warranties, expressed, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. The Integrity Talks does not warrant that The Integrity Talks or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any part of The Integrity Talks, including membership pages or the servers that make it available, are free of viruses, or other harmful components.
The Integrity Talks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use The Integrity Talks, including its materials, products, or services, or third-party materials, products, or services made available through The Integrity Talks.
Dutch court
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed, by the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to its conflict of laws. The Dutch court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from, or relating to The Integrity Talks, including, but not limited to the privacy policy or these terms and conditions. By using The Integrity Talks, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction, and venue of the Dutch court, consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such court, and waive any defense of forum non-convenient.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision. The prevailing party in any dispute between the parties arising out of, or related to these terms and conditions, whether resolved by negotiation, mediation, or litigation, shall be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties concerning the subject. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
Changes, modifications, and updates
The Integrity Talks may change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Access or use of The Integrity Talks after The Integrity Talks posts such changes shall constitute consent to such modifications. Outside the Netherlands
The Integrity Talks does not represent that materials on The Integrity Talks are appropriate or available for use outside the Netherlands. People who choose to access The Integrity Talks from other countries do so on their initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

To send the newsletters via email, some of your details are required, such as your e-mail address, name, company name, and telephone number. The same applies to transmitting white papers, case studies, and best practices. The Integrity Talks does not share those details with third parties. It adopts security measures to protect the user’s personal information. The information is protected offline and online. User information is confidential, secure, and compliant with Dutch law.
