She has been a reputation and stakeholder management expert for many years before zooming in on intentions, attitudes, and behaviors, working with people 1:1 and in teams. Now, she works on the gray areas, also known as moral dilemmas, moral deliberation as the most effective method for true diversity and inclusivity, and the prevention section of integrity management and systems. Dina-Perla Portnaar has also been a presenter/moderator and speaker in all sorts and shapes, and Dutch, English, and French.
Apart from having been a voice for clients for almost twenty years, Dina-Perla Portnaar is a voice herself. She is the author of Exodus from the Lighthouse. She trains, speaks, and writes about what she calls living gracefully. In other words, integrity, mind-building, and personal development in business. Dina-Perla loves the combination of deep, free, and critical thinking with storytelling on morals, ethics, and integrity. The way of living is changing and evolving, but humanity and the freedom to choose and share are the only constant.
